Terms of Service

By using CardKeep, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

CardKeep helps you organize mailing addresses and coordinate communications around personal events like weddings, holiday cards, graduations, and showers.

Text Messaging

CardKeep allows Organizers to send text message ("Text") communications to Guests they invite to Events, including invitations, RSVP requests, reminders, and event-related updates.

By providing a Guest's phone number and choosing to communicate with that Guest by Text through CardKeep, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have that Guest's prior express consent, permission, or invitation to contact them by Text, including through CardKeep's messaging service;
  • you have a genuine personal or family relationship with the Guest or are contacting them on behalf of someone who does; and
  • you will not use CardKeep's Text messaging feature to contact anyone who has not given you permission to do so, including for any commercial, political, or promotional purpose.

CardKeep is not responsible for verifying that Organizers have obtained proper consent from Guests, and Organizers are solely responsible for compliance with applicable consent and communications laws when adding Guest phone numbers.

Guests may receive transactional Text messages from Organizers through CardKeep, including event invitations and follow-up communications such as reminders and updates. Message frequency varies by Organizer and Event. Message and data rates may apply.

Guests may opt out of receiving Texts at any time by replying "STOP." After opting out, CardKeep will send one confirmation Text, and going forward, no Organizer will be permitted to send that Guest Text messages through CardKeep, for any Event. Guests may reply "HELP" for support, or contact support@cardkeep.cc.

CardKeep does not sell or share Guest phone numbers or Text message data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
